2/26/10,
This week we were supposed to complete whatever we had not done so far. We had to do the survey but it is not up yet, hopefully on tuesday when our group member who is supposed to post the survey is unbanned from using the mac.

I have absolutely no idea how to do the survey at all. We do not know what kind of information we want from the survey so we have discuss it, unfortunately, the exams are so close, we can't discuss the survey yet.

What have we done so far?
Distributed jobs and a bit of research on areas. I intend to ask Yan Hern and Nathaniel if they have done any research over the past week as their reflections have not been posted yet.
What do we want to do next?
Start compilling required information and come up with a product. We also have to prepare the survey questions after our Ca1.
What have we learnt?
I have learnt that all 4 of us must work together to produce a good project. (I hope Nathaniel and Yan Hern post quickly so we have an idea of our overall progress)

Reflection
Like Marcus said, we made much more progress then the previous week. The jobs for each member has been given out and we also did some research on evacuation plans.
Contributions
I started on researching on blizzards, and helped in the distribution of jobs.

Your contributions
1. This week's IPW session we made much more progress than before. The team was more focused (with a few minor hiccups) and we confirmed the aim of our research
2. I contributed by recording down the research areas and assigning the roles to the members.

2/2/10,
Some questions that are going around my head.
-If I want to find out more about blizzards, any possible books/magazines that can give me information other than those I can find from google?
-What will our final product be like?
3 things I learned
-Firstly, a blizzard is a serious snow storm that can be characterized by low temperatures, strong winds and heavy blowing snow.
-The difference between a blizzard and a snowstorm is that a blizzard is stronger and more severe than a snowstorm.
-Temperatures are usually below 0degrees celcius.
Ideas I agree with
-Everyone should research on different topics for example, 1 member research on tsunamis while another do hurricanes.
-Everyone should post up what they found out on the blog.
